RAERE EDUCATION is the educational division of RAERE which focuses on creating, mentoring and helping entrepreneurs in the beauty industry. We offer classes and workshops for every step of your entrepreneurial journey.

All of our classes and workshops can be taken by anyone. We merely ask that you come ready to conquer the beauty or creative industry.
An email will be sent to you within 24hrs with your tracking number with the shipping carriers information.

There are a number of reasons why your order may be cancelled. In the event that we cancel your order a RAERE Support representative will send you a detailed courtesy email indicating the cancellation reason and possible solution.

Cancellation Reasons

  • Your item is sold out
  • There is a delay in replenishment
  • Payment verification issue
  • Billing and or shipping address issue
  • Provided that the order has not been fulfilled and shipped to you. The order can be cancelled or amended simply get in touch with the team and we will handle the rest.

    In the event that the product is already en route or has arrived you will need to return the items in accordance to the return and exchange policy.

    Due to time sensitivity please inspect your orders upon arrival. Your due diligence will give us the opportunity to contact the courier company to discuss the state of your package. Your order will need to be returned and RAERE will send you a replacement within 3 business days of the damaged / missing package arrival.

    In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a Store Credit, granted the item(s) are eligible for return. Returns must be received by RAERE within 10 days of your order’s original shipment date in their original condition. Please carefully look over the Non-Returnable Items down below to make sure your item(s) are returnable.

    If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (Size, colour, item), you must contact info@raere.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

    RAERE reserves the right to determine the eligibility for Store Credits, and to update this policy at any time without prior notice.


    The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Returns received after 10 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items marked as Sale and or under the Sale Category.
  • Damaged, opened, altered items, including items returned with makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Lash Trays, Strip Lashes
  • Return Processing

    Once we receive your return package, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent when your store Credit has been processed. Returns will be credited to your RAERE account.

    Note Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    RAERE must be notified within 10 business days of item receive date. Order(s) past the 10 business day mark are not eligible for a exchange.
    Yes, we currently have eyelash extensions supplies but are in the process of getting supplies for the other classes we offer.
