Provided that the order has not been fulfilled and shipped to you. The order can be cancelled or amended simply get in touch with the team and we will handle the rest.
In the event that the product is already en route or has arrived you will need to return the items in accordance to the return and exchange policy.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a Store Credit, granted the item(s) are eligible for return. Returns must be received by RAERE within 10 days of your order’s original shipment date in their original condition. Please carefully look over the Non-Returnable Items down below to make sure your item(s) are returnable.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (Size, colour, item), you must contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
RAERE reserves the right to determine the eligibility for Store Credits, and to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent when your store Credit has been processed. Returns will be credited to your RAERE account.
Note Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
