  • Shipping confirmation will be sent via e-mail when the package is dispatched.
  • RAERE is not responsible for lost, missing & or stolen merchandise.

RAERE will reimburse all items that have not been fulfilled due to a lack of stock


Our prices Do Not include customs and or import duty fees, as we cannot control regulations and policies imposed by each country. It is important to note that your couriers may require you to pay duties to release your packages. In the event that you refuse your package please note that we will deduct the courier fee from your purchase.


In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a Store Credit, granted the item(s) are eligible for return. Returns must be received by RAERE within 10 days of your order’s original shipment date in their original condition. Please carefully look over the Non-Returnable Items down below to make sure your item(s) are returnable.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (Size, colour, item), you must contact within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

RAERE reserves the right to determine the eligibility for Store Credits, and to update this policy at any time without prior notice.


Non Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

1) Returns received after 10 days of the original shipment date.

2) All items marked as Sale and or under the Sale Category.

3) Damaged, opened, altered items, including items returned with makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.

4) Items without their original packaging

5) Lash Trays, Strip Lashes


Return Processing

Once we receive your return package, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent when your store Credit has been processed. Returns will be credited to your RAERE account.


Note Original shipping charges are non-refundable.



RAERE must be notified within 10 business days of receiving the the item receive date. Order(s) past the 10 business day mark are not eligible for a exchange.




Order Cancellations 

Cancelled orders are subjected to a 15% re-stocking fee before it has been shipped.


Price Adjustments

No price adjustments will be granted. (Please sign up for our news letters for exclusive discounts)


Discontinued Merchandise

Unfortunately discontinued products cannot be returned, exchanged or qualify for a store credit.


Missing / Damaged Merchandise

Due to time sensitivity please inspect your orders upon arrival. Your due diligence will give us the opportunity to contact the courier company to discuss the state of your package. Your order will need to be returned and RAERE will send you a replacement within 3 business days of the damaged / missing package arrival.
